Camping is permitted on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th October 2026.

Due to the demand for camping, it is necessary to charge a nominal fee.  This fee will allow us to arrange more toilets and rubbish bins for the comfort of our campers.

Camping is for tents, swags and rooftop tents in Zone 1.  As a trial, 10 caravans will be permitted to register to camp in Zone 2. The caravans must park at the 1200m mark on the racecourse track, and be self-sufficient.  Power is not available for any camping site.

Camping is for Rodeo ticket holders only.

The fee is $10 per vehicle.

When you buy your tickets online, you will be asked to indicate if you will be camping.  You will need to provide your vehicle registration number.

You will then be provided with a camping permit, which you must display on the dashboard of your vehicle.

On the day of the rodeo a Camping concierge will check you are on the camping manifest.  If you are not, you will be asked to register and pay the fee.  Failure to comply means you cannot camp at the venue.

Camping at the venue means you will abide with the following so that every camper can have an enjoyable and safe experience.

• No semi-trailers or trucks are permitted (competitors exempt).

• No dogs permitted.

• It’s fire ban season, so no fires.

• Driving within the camping area is to be at 5km per hour and no driving after dark in Zone 1 or Zone 2.

• No key drumming or unnecessary engine revving.

• No whip cracking.

• No loud music and no music before 10am or after 10pm

• No anti-social behaviour.

• Alcohol is permitted on Friday evening, but none on the day of rodeo.

• Be responsible with your rubbish disposal.

• Be considerate and respect other campers.

• Respect our venue.

• Look out for your mates and have a good time.

We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or to evict any person/s that does not comply, and report incident to SAPOL accordingly.
